Huge scammers!!!! Yesterday he was Jack Dawson and today who know who he is. He left me two voicemails this morning threatening me. First of all if there were pending criminal anything against you they wouldn't hire someone like this to call you and warn you first...duh. if you take out a loan and don't pay it back it simply goes on your credit or collections and they can get a judgement against you to collect but they cannot press criminal charges against you. So these guys are just idiots. Ask them to send you the proof in writing (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (b) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested.) also let them know If your offices are able to provide the proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist. Also, I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your offices to my home or to my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS. This should take care of them.
just got this same phone call today saying his name was sean carter or some [***] can't understand his damn accent, what a piece of [***] I hope they burn in hell !!!!!!!!!!!! This never started happening until I went to www.creditloan.com what a mistake !!!
I keep getting the same phone too, on my cell and a work. I work at a high school, sonot only is this embarrassing it is harassment. I told him to send me a letter in collections, he said I would've arrested tomorrow-morning, I laughed at him and told him to try it and he hung up on me
they called me 10 times in 5 minutes at work/ they threatend me said there was a lawsuit against my ss# i couldnt understand his name. he would not tell me who he represented he told me i was going to be arrested on monday and i better have a good lawyer or god help me. he called back and got my boss the owner of the company he cussed my boss out and threatened him he said he would call anytime he wanted to. this man then called my cell and left threatening messages. i have no idea who he is but i have reported them to the fbi my bank and my local police. I CANNOT TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. I TRY TO HARD TO KEEP MY BLOOD PRESSURE DOWN AND I WILL NOT BE TALKED TO LIKE THIS BY A INDIAN OR WHATEVER ANYMORE.

Last week I received a call from a guy named Dan Foster who said he was an attorney from CA and his office had filed criminal charges against me for a debt...he tried to get personal information from me like ssn# address..so I told him if you got my work number than you should have all the other details ....then 3 days later I get a call from a man named Sean Carter from a 310 number calling from Fist Star Law Office stating if I did give him my information to pay the debt that the next business day he was sending the state police to arrest me.....I told him to stop calling me. I am going on line right now to figure out how to file a complaint.....I am so F&%$*- sick of it!!!!!
