I received a phone call from them and they were looking for marketing. I thought it odd that someone from CA would be calling us at 7am in the morning but I stayed on the line for as long as I could. I couldn't hear anything and the line would go dead from time to time. I have no idea what she was looking for. She seemed a bit upset with me after the first 3 minutes of me saying, "I'm sorry, but I cannot hear you." It was more than annoying. I'm curious to see if they call me back in an hour like they are claiming to do.
Second consecutive work day to receive a call from this number. Both days it was a very bad connection with a South Asian sounding person on the other end. The first call I had to ask him to repeat himself many times because of the call quality. Ultimately the call was dropped, either because of the poor connection or perhaps he was sick of my repeat requests. Today the person asked for my office address. When I asked "for what", she responded "for (my company)". So I rephrased my question to "Why do you need my address?", to which she hesitated before responding with "this call may be recorded for quality purposes..." obviously lost in her script. I told her "oh, now you let me know about that. No thank you.", then I hung up.
identified themselves as tri bridge IT or something; when i told him we wouldn't be making any changes to just strike us from his call list he hung up. you can't make any progress by calling the number back. seems very suspicious and believe they are phishing for information.
