I received a phone call from them and they were looking for marketing. I thought it odd that someone from CA would be calling us at 7am in the morning but I stayed on the line for as long as I could. I couldn't hear anything and the line would go dead from time to time. I have no idea what she was looking for. She seemed a bit upset with me after the first 3 minutes of me saying, "I'm sorry, but I cannot hear you." It was more than annoying. I'm curious to see if they call me back in an hour like they are claiming to do.
A lady called today from this number asking for our marketing director. I screen all the calls and asked for information to have my director call her back. The lady told me that 'they do not have phone numbers there' and that I would need to give her my marketing directors direct line. I told her I couldnt help her and she hung up.
Someone keeps calling our direct business line from this #, but there's no one there. when you call the # it goes straight to voicemail. Today they called and the person said the name John Clark (yea right) and then hung up when I asked what company is this and how can I help you.
They immediately asked for the phone number of the "IT Manager." After a brief laugh, I asked what they really wanted. They wanted an email address so they could send some type of information. I declined.
Just called my business phone. ID was a number in Beverly Hills, CA. Person could barely speak english, the line sounded like it was forwarded through several switchboxes so this came from a sweatshop call center. After asking my city location she started in on my postion at the company, with no info from her end. I hung up at that point. Call back went directly to "Extention not available" message.
