This company has called me from four different numbers: 202-607-2932 310-862-9031, 323-372-6326, & 571-261-0072 with different variations of the company name on the caller ID ( NCO FINANCIAL, NCO, & NCO FINCL SVCS) They leave no messages and hang up when you pick up the phone. I do not have a Capital One or Monster.com account but I have received correspondence from Capitol via US mail trying to sign me up for a credit card with them.
Calling for a girl who must have had this number before me, They call me litteraly every hour and I keep calling back telling them to take this number off their list im not her and this aint her phone, they act like they understand but i think there is a language barrier because the fuc*ers keep calling and keep calling and its not even my debt, isn't this considered phone harrasement?
Try contacting your local police department and file a harrassment claim. Then call your phone company with the police report number, they should also be able to place a block for this number.
