This company has called me from four different numbers: 202-607-2932 310-862-9031, 323-372-6326, & 571-261-0072 with different variations of the company name on the caller ID ( NCO FINANCIAL, NCO, & NCO FINCL SVCS) They leave no messages and hang up when you pick up the phone. I do not have a Capital One or Monster.com account but I have received correspondence from Capitol via US mail trying to sign me up for a credit card with them.
It's a collection agency. I have 2 Capital one cards way past due. I've tried working with Cap One but their answer has always been NO. This place calls several times a day, but once you talk to them the calls are supposed to stop for THAT DAY(I found this to be UNTRUE). I was told by them that legally they can call everyday till the debt it cleared. To Capital One: I've tried to work with you but you've only takin my money and Fd me over with the lie.
NCO: collection agency, their latest trick is to have an individual's name show up on your caller ID. I do owe Capital One money, in fact I am several months behind since I lost my job. I tried to work out a reasonable arrangement with them but they are not interested. The last time I spoke with them the lady suggested I borrow money from friends and relatives to pay them. I told her my primary concern right now is to keep a roof over our heads and put food on the table and that sadly Capital One is at the bottom of my list right now. Just add their number to the reject list on your phone and it won't even ring when they call.
