This company has called me from four different numbers: 202-607-2932 310-862-9031, 323-372-6326, & 571-261-0072 with different variations of the company name on the caller ID ( NCO FINANCIAL, NCO, & NCO FINCL SVCS) They leave no messages and hang up when you pick up the phone. I do not have a Capital One or Monster.com account but I have received correspondence from Capitol via US mail trying to sign me up for a credit card with them.
I just keep calling their 800 number back over and over and over and over and over. See how long it takes for them to hang up without me answering them. The record is 1min and 6sec. Or just start asking questions, order pizza, or whatever. If they can call me and harass me even though I don't have an account with them, fair is fair. Maybe start a Facebook page group to call their 800 numbers all hours of the day?
I don't answer there calls....very annoying! So I put the ring tone "Funkytown" by the Chipmunks on my phone. They will let it ring til the voice mail picks up....no message left (surprised, not)! Then they will call right back just to listen to the song again. That's all they are getting from me, *^!# them if they can't leave a message!
