This company has called me from four different numbers: 202-607-2932 310-862-9031, 323-372-6326, & 571-261-0072 with different variations of the company name on the caller ID ( NCO FINANCIAL, NCO, & NCO FINCL SVCS) They leave no messages and hang up when you pick up the phone. I do not have a Capital One or Monster.com account but I have received correspondence from Capitol via US mail trying to sign me up for a credit card with them.
they also call from 253-248-6405; 571-261-0072 and 323-372-6326. they have called us numerous times and never tell us anything... except that it is a confidential matter.
I do not have any debts or any credits taken, my company is based in Poland. Any idea why and what for such people are calling me every week- both company and mobile number? How do they manage to get my company details?
When I have asked for the name of the company they call from, they give each time a different company name. Its just madness. They begin to try threating me when I say I don't have time for listening to their offers via telephone! Unbelieveable!
