This company has called me from four different numbers: 202-607-2932 310-862-9031, 323-372-6326, & 571-261-0072 with different variations of the company name on the caller ID ( NCO FINANCIAL, NCO, & NCO FINCL SVCS) They leave no messages and hang up when you pick up the phone. I do not have a Capital One or Monster.com account but I have received correspondence from Capitol via US mail trying to sign me up for a credit card with them.
Just got a call from this number, I thought it was my area code so I answered. It was NCO calling for Capital One. I could hardly understand what she was saying, she spoke with a very thick accent. When I told her that my husband handles all our accounts and that this was my CELL PHONE she hung up on me.
Forgot to mention that this same company has been calling for weeks now from at least a dozen different numbers. They call at all times of the day and even on the weekends. Usually I get silence if I answer. This time someone actually answered but I could hear people talking in the background and laughing.
I HAVE BEEN GETTING THESE CALLS EVERY DAY AT LEASE 10-12 TIMES A DAY! THEY WILL NOT GIVE UP! IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO GET THEM FROM CALLING PLEEEEAAASE LET ME KNOW!
