This company has called me from four different numbers: 202-607-2932 310-862-9031, 323-372-6326, & 571-261-0072 with different variations of the company name on the caller ID ( NCO FINANCIAL, NCO, & NCO FINCL SVCS) They leave no messages and hang up when you pick up the phone. I do not have a Capital One or Monster.com account but I have received correspondence from Capitol via US mail trying to sign me up for a credit card with them.
even if your debt is over 7 years old, that dont mean anything. you still owe the debt. just becuz you thought "hey if i wait 7 years, i wont have to be a thing", your thought is completely mislead. so be a responsible adult and pay your bills. you got the service or items, so pay for it. you sign agreements for interests and such. deal with it. you signed it.
they should really make a law where, if you refuse to pay the debts you have, you should go to jail for theft or even grand theft.
i really hate when people talk like they should be protected becuz they do not know how to pay bills. if you cant pay your bills, dont sign up for any cards. stop buying starbucks everyday.
or live in a box...please. you'll do yourself and maybe your family a favor.
i got a call from them today.
for the last 6 years, since i had a newer #, i have been getting collection calls for a woman that was not me and that no longer had this number,
i called them and just told them that that person hasnt had this number in about 7 years, and they took my number off.
