Who called from 3109294025

Sounded weird

Caller did not leave a voice mail.  Tried calling the number back and received the standard message that this number is no longer in service.

Received call 9:22 PM in California. I Didn't answer it. Unknown and no voice mail.

I don't know who "owns" the number but we received an unsolicited call from it.  No message, now in block list.

Just in the other lists for this number there is a warning for this number being a phishing credit scam.
So don't bother picking it up.
Just City and State in the ID and no message - not worth your time.
