Who called from 310948532

Called my cell around 1pm on 28 July 2008. I didn't pick up. The recorded message said something about it was going to delete me from it's database.

Didn't pick up because it was a weird number. No message.

I didn't pick up & just logged in a complaint on the National do not call registry.  I may not have used cell phone minutes, but it's irritating.

Caller ID: +31094852

Weird number with missing last digit.
I live in Los Angeles and got this call in the morning 9:00 am

[***].

happened to me at 10:39am, PST.  i was away from my cell at the time so i didn't pick up but...no message.  trying to call them back from my call log gives me the same number, but without the 0.  it says the number doesn't work.
