Received a call on August 1, 2008. The (+) in front is deceiving because it denotes an international call. Refused to pick up without knowing who is calling. Other people here noted they have an LA number, as do I. In the past, also received the carpet cleaning recording too. When I spoke with a representative to "schedule my appointment" but really to confront them and tell them to take me off the list, the girl immediately hung-up on me. Going to follow Sue's suggestion and log a complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry.
