People can choose numbers from any state
Example: say a person lives in Ohio they can set up a California number with line 2
Go check out the app it'll have you select a state say California it'll have almost every city and you pick a city say Los Angeles and it'll say pick a number so setting up real fake numbers to prank people. You can set it up to have calls go straight to voicemail

I have receive phone calls at about 9 or 10 pm. I have not answer any of them, and today I got another one. I call them back to ask them to take my phone number off the list.
Besides calling this number back and having ask them to stop calling me, I also submitted a Do Not Call List Complaint. The more complaints that the FTC gets about this phone number, the its the best way for them to look into this.
