People can choose numbers from any state
Example: say a person lives in Ohio they can set up a California number with line 2
Go check out the app it'll have you select a state say California it'll have almost every city and you pick a city say Los Angeles and it'll say pick a number so setting up real fake numbers to prank people. You can set it up to have calls go straight to voicemail
i bet all these calls are to cell phones. i also bet you all have spyware on your phones and this number triggers it. that is why they do not leave a message. does your phone battery run down fast? is your cell slow? that's your answer.
