Its not a scam people, its from university of walden or any other oversea university you might have registered or you was linked to. You can pick up the call and listen without talking at first then when the person at the other end talks then answer and they will tell you about the requirements to studies oversea without paying anything.
it's the University of Liverpool's on line masters programme. If you, or someone on your behalf has registerstered an interest in the course this is the number that shows up when they call. If you don't answer, they usually follow up by email.
guys !! this number from University of liverpool , online education dept. but the strange , when i checked UK key i found it +44 . so how come this number from UK !!!!!!!!!!
It is the University of Liverpool's on line masters programme people... It's not a scam its a VOIP number, not your standard IDD...You don't expect them to pay IDD rates to call you do you...???
I received call from the number +31207130000 on 3rd November at 3:42:2 PM East African time. I received the call but their was lots of disturbance and couldn't hear properly. Then I cut off the phone. I wonder WHO this may be.
