I got a call from 312-273-9104.a few times. I think you have to register your number annually with the donotcall registry. then go to the registry and file a complaint.
put these people in jail! get numerous calls from this number even when i tell them to put me on their do not call list. it's for a cruise that you "won" even though you did not enter.
The guy gets extremely aggressive, does not take no for an answer and talks while you are telling him you are not interested. I have hung on him every time and I still get the phone calls.
