I got a call from 312-273-9104.a few times. I think you have to register your number annually with the donotcall registry. then go to the registry and file a complaint.
Malfunctioning Bot call. Phone number probably originates outside the US. I'm sure the Do Not Call registry knows all about it, given the number of complaints. Probably can't touch em. If anyone can get through, or if you get a human on the line, tell them there's a b0mb in their call center which is going to go off sometime in the next 2 hours. Your land lines are not monitored and the people at the call center don't actually know what number they have called so you are safe. Tell them you saw info on the net about the b0mb, that way you're completely off the hook
They are not crooks. It's just that the problem is overwhelmingly convoluted and there are so many ways to circumvent the law by using temporary phone numbers which simply relay calls from outside the country or from temporary computer locations. I'm in favor of calling in to the call center of origin a carefully worded B0MB scare claiming that you saw info online that there is a b0mb in their call center timed to go off in 30 minutes. I think you could put a call center out of business after about a week of that.
