Called regarding son and a payday loan. It was paid off years ago. Wanted info. Did not give any info. Asked them to fax proof of my alledged co signature, they refused. Obliviosly because they are scammers. They can't put you in jail for a debt. They tried to threaten me, but no go. I asked them if they wanted to talk to my brother attorney. They refused

They called me regarding a previous payday loan i had taken out the contact persons name is Ronald Silverspoon and they called me from 312-278-7026 i agreed to pay some of the debt off but then i kept getting harrasing calls asking to send more money into the office. The number for the transactions was a new york number listing (716) 362-4922.
i still havent received any paperwork regarding the loan that they took over with my name and social.
