don't believe it!!! I have been dealing with these type of companies for a couple of years now. I had a payday loan in 2006 which I paid off and they have said I was going to have a warrant issued, they were going to garnish my wages, they were going to serve me with papers and all of the other threats they seem to like to say....let's just say I have gotten my license renewed, gotten my car registered, have even been pulled over and given a warning from a DPS Trooper and guess what!!!??? No warrant is out...what they are doing is against the law. You need to know the consumer laws regarding your state when dealing with these morons...in Texas a debt collector can not garnish wages unless it is ordered by a judge, they can't put a lien on any of your property and they can't arrest you (there is no debtors prison). Oh and by the way, still waiting for the 48 hours to be over and be served at my place of business and I'm still waiting to be arrested (been at least three years)

312-278-7026,312-229-0051,210-591-1997 same people Intrnl Arbitration Service Inc has called my ex-spouse of 20 years ago,old jobs,friends,neighbors,relatives and my relatives in-laws their in-laws don’t know me. Intrnl’ Arbitration have informed each of them that I have committed fraud against my Social S# (WHAT?) and that I will be served and arrested within some county. I thought people get served not Social security numbers. (Ok! well anyway) They said I better pay now to avoid jail time. What???? Really !! RED FLAGS !!! First of all my address on my DL# have been the same for over 15 years. ANY Law Enforcement Agency,Government Law Official don’t need to call others to to find me. They use United States pre-paid cell phone numbers that will change within 6 months or so. Their real address is: International Arbitration Service, Inc. 371 Front Street W Suite 230 Toronto, ON M5V358. So this makes it hard to really go after them. ASK THEM TO send you a letter give a p.o. box if you have one to use or fax to a Kinkos JUST DON' T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. If they had all your information they would not be calling you or anyone else. They would have sent you letter first If they were legal. By law you have a right to dispute a debt if its yours or not. Why call with a pre-pay phone. RED FLAGS***!!!!!
Got a call from this clown earlier today. He asked for some guy who has our same last name but does not now, nor has ever, lived with us. He immediately began badgering us, threatening us, using foul language. Thanks to this site, I now at least know the company he's with as he refused to tell us. Not that it'll do much good but I'm reporting it to the FTC and Atty General's office.
I called them back after finding this. The guy got very defensive, saying "why are u calling and making accusations. Do you call Mc Donalds and say that". "Why would i give you my number so you can call me back if i am a fruadulent company." Very annoying.
It is just very unfortunate because i spoke with at least 2 or 3 different people (based on their voice) and i have to say that it is very sad. There were trying to ask things about my dad. Of note, someone jacked his email account a few days ago.
