They call me from this number every night but there is never anyone there! I do not have anything in collection that I know of and frankly I am getting pretty irritated by it all...especially since they are calling my cell phone!
Bonded Collection Corp is harassing me about a Target account which I've tried to settle for months now. I was with IC Systems and now Bonded Collection has it.
Just got a letter from these people, now they are calling me at work.
I do not answer any call from any collector, whether at home or at work.
I wrote them a letter to offer a settlement and I will only respond via writing.
I made an offer of less that 50% of the balance now (because they keep adding fees and interest even after I closed the account), and they accepted it IN WRITING as I instructed. I don't give any checking or personal information. Either they can accept an money order or I will use my pre-paid card to make the payment.
Do NOT talk to these people, only write to them. Keep everything in writing.
