They call me from this number every night but there is never anyone there! I do not have anything in collection that I know of and frankly I am getting pretty irritated by it all...especially since they are calling my cell phone!
Per the FDCPA any company acting as a debt collector, whether a debt buyer, a collection agency, a law firm, or even the original creditor, needs to identify themselves and provide contact information upon request.
You will like this one....I have the same Preferred Call Forwarding Service you do ...so I just send them their own 800 number !!! HAHAHAHA!!! They spend all day calling themselves!!!!!
these people called and did not identify themself even though i asked, the guy said he know it is me because of the lady he got my number from, i dont have a clue what he was speaking about, i called them back about 15min after and another rude person answered when i asked her what company it was she said she cant give me any information until she found out who i am, well i didnt get any info because apparently she couldnt find me in the system, so i just hung up, i'm waiting for them to call back.
