They call me from this number every night but there is never anyone there! I do not have anything in collection that I know of and frankly I am getting pretty irritated by it all...especially since they are calling my cell phone!
What is the most bothersome, is I have followed the validation process and don't hear from them for about 90 days ( as it isn't my debt)I pray it has gone away and feel all empowered for using the system to my advantage. AND THAN....
They call back, and I do it over and over again. I actually saved the original letter on harddrive and hit print whenever they call. It is insane to have these systems in place and yet when we use them, we are still overlooked.
Receiving calls on my cell phone continually from 312-279-8300. Picked up and while trying to advise agent of situation, agent became extremely rude and hung up. When I called back, I got an answering machine or voice mail and advised them not to call me again or I would file a complaint with the FCC. This agent's supervisor called me back - Valerie Whitehead - and advised ME that she sits next to this agent and since I was being uncooperative the agent felt no need to continue to the call... after 15 second? Really Valerie? Please know that a complaint has been filed with the FCC today.
I have been been using Preferred Call Forwarding (*63 for those who have it) to send their calls to 866-901-3825.
Preferred Call Forwarding is a service bundled with my phone service that allows me to enter specific phone numbers to be forwarded to any number - but long distance charges apply if you don't use a toll free service. I turn it on and off (option 3) from day to day just to confuse them (and the other numbers added to the list). Also change the "forward to" number every few days and don't use any legitimate business numbers - dating hot lines are good.
Repeated calls from a (sounds like)surly woman.
Our staff has received multiple calls from this number after telling the caller "this is an appraisal business, we cannot help you". The calls have continued, three more today 6/30.
Who are these people?
What happened to the DO NOT CALL list?
Claims to be calling from BCC like we should know who this is.

one of our employees this is a known offender.
