receieved call from ash law firm req i submit money over the phone to take care of toll fine. contacted state AG and will file complaint with them. the threat of drivers suspension and lost drivingprivleges is not legal and they so stated.
I received a call from a very rude lady claiming to be from a law firm collecting a substantial amount for an unpaid toll, I was told they represent the DOT when I asked why the government agency wasn't contacting me. She wanted my credit card information and was very rude when I was uncooperative.
i was called about unpid tolls from 5 years ago. I told her that I called when they had the amnisty program and I was told that I had no outstanding tolls. I wanted to contact the tollway and she said they were in charge then offer 15% to pay that day but there was a $9 fee to pay over the phone
