Notify the three credit bureaus: www.experian.com www.transunion.com www.equifax.com have them place a fraud alert on your credit report. You don't actually have anything to worry about, scary as this is; I know from experience that this same person swearing up and down that all hell is going to break loose on your life because of a bogus debt will probably use another number to offer the opportunity to lower credit card interest. It's just an attempt to steal money and scare you.

I ALMOST FILL FOR THE CALL FROM 781-443-7087 UNTIL I SPOKE TO THE MARYLAND STATES ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND WAS TOLD NOTHING HAD BEEN FILED AGAINST ME AND NOT TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE ITS A SCAM

I have a guy with an Asian or foreign accent calling me regularly and leaving threatening messages on my phone. He keeps saying there is a pending lawsuit against me but it's been over two months and he keeps calling. The number that appears on my phone is 315 604 3650 but when you redial it, it gives you a wrong number message back. I finally decided to answer one of the calls and he could not even articulate why he was calling. so asked him his company and got more gibberish answers..I even asked him to go ahead and sue me but he kept on and on. I hung up on him after telling him to go ahead and sue me but he just called me back today (12/13/2011) with the same stupid message..He also left the number 312 473 2924 for me to call him back. He added that I could ignore him at my own peril. But I know this is fraud waiting to be effected and I will not be a part of it!
