Who called from 3128780278

Got the same "IRS" message at 5:30 am!!! I called back 3 times and got the same Indian-sounding voice. He was in a call center. I could hear many voices speaking in the background. Each time I asked why he called at 5:30 and what his scam was. Each time I was hung up on.

Yup we got the same call. It was an automated voice saying that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us.

First time I've received this call, but the message was exactly like the previous posts described.

Same call as others listed here. They called early in the morning with a prerecorded message about the IRS. Also called three times.

Same calls as everyone else.  Pretty big red flag, I live in Wisconsin so why would Illinois IRS be calling me over taxes in the first place.  These people need to get a damn job and stop trying to screw others over.  My 2012 tax return was messed up because of identity theft, I'm sure not going to fall for some scam after all the BS I went through trying to straighten that out.
