This is a total scam.  The IRS would NEVER call you unless you have already contacted them for any reason.  These morons want to get your bank account number so they can empty it.  They should be shot.

Recorded voice, the IRS has a lawsuit against you. You must call back this number. Sounds very official, but it's a SCAM!!

This is a laughable scam. I didn't answer, so I got a recorded message stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit! I am fairly sure that's not how it works.
