I got a call and they left a message for a Nancy Pitkin with a case number and a call back number. I looked it up and found this site. It was a computer voice and I know I'm not in any trouble so I will ignore the phone call and send the number to my reject list.
wow I just got a call with the same message. I also received one from another number beginning last week. It is the same women. So I have 2 different phone numbers with 2 different case numbers telling me I am committing credit card fraud and I knew I was doing it. There are 3 different lawyers in this office but she doesnt know which one will be taking my case. They want a plan in writing on what I want to do if not they have the summons out in 24 hours served at my place of employment or home. I asked her wher she was at and she told me PA but the number I dialed and the area code is in NewHampshire. Now I have this new number to try and call back. If you do get to talk with her good luck, shes a snipp....the first thing she asked me was to verify my birthdate.....I did contact the BBB in New Hampshire but no help from them. The other number is 603-856-0866.. Good luck to all who are being harassed!!!!!!!!
had voice mail from this number (caller id showed 3133478644/Detroit,MI) Robotic lady's voice calling for a guy I'd never heard of.. saying there was a court case pending due to fraudulent activity regarding his social security number and this was his last chance to take care of it before "all rights are forfeited when the summons is delivered to home or work". Leaves a case number starting with CAP. Wants a call back to talk to their legal department. Sounds rather like a threat/scam and definitely does not sound legal to threaten that all your rights are forfeit with the delivery of a summons.

I just received a call from this number stating that I have fraudulent case against my ss# and that I would be getting a summons and all rights evoked I tried calling back but no answer turning it over to the police this crap is crazy and to see that they have contacted all of you is ludicrous.... What is this world coming too...
