I got a call and they left a message for a Nancy Pitkin with a case number and a call back number. I looked it up and found this site. It was a computer voice and I know I'm not in any trouble so I will ignore the phone call and send the number to my reject list.
got a call on my cell phone today and house phone no name of just some pre recorded with a cap case number tried calling back goes to some resident house pretty sure it is a scam guess wait to be serve and then go to court or get a lawyer but owe nothing. what people will do for a $$$$. 313-347-8644
I just received a call from them too. The "first name" they were calling for was very garbled but didn't even sound like mine. They left the same message that was documented above - credit card fraud & all rights will be revoked if I receive the summons. I'm pretty sure that isn't how the legal system works. What a scam. Left a phone number of 313-347-8644. That area code is definitely Detroit.
