I got a call and they left a message for a Nancy Pitkin with a case number and a call back number. I looked it up and found this site. It was a computer voice and I know I'm not in any trouble so I will ignore the phone call and send the number to my reject list.
two calls so far this week it's so fake. luckily i was able to decipher this trickery... "trix are for kids!" Go far far away 313-347-8644. eat [***], die, repeat!
Yep! Us too. several calls on husband's cell phone at work yesterday."calls from legal dept." Very rude lady. Same thing, 2 summons, fraudulent activity,etc. except we got her name name of Audrey Foster, and she was trying to get my husband's ss#, when he said no she got loud,rude and threatening and then hung up. He called me and so I called and got her to give me a company name GMA then she hung up on me 3 times.I called our bank and they tried 2times and was also hung up on. We just got another call from the same number but this time it was a recording at 9pm, I tried to call it back but no room on machine. I BET!!!!!!!!
This number and a number from PA have been calling leaving messages on mine and my husband's cell phones. It's a scam and ridiculous that they are being allowed to continue to harass so many people. I believe they are the ones who should be served a summons if anyone can figure out who the heck they really are! It's getting old...fast!
they have called me several times saying the message was for a Danielle M. Precourt. Who I have never heard of before in my life. I have called before telling them no such person lives in my house or has ever and not to call again. So today I called again (because they called again) then when I called to get rid of it they kept putting my on hold, in the middle of sentences even. They asked me if I knew how to get a hold of him and I yelled(cause i was really frustrated at this point) saying how could I if I never heard of this person before? and then when I finally got someone to stop putting me on hold I was yelling and the lady yelled back at me, something about high volume calls, finally saying that she would take my number off the list, I yelled back saying good I don't want to talk to you anymore and hung up. I swear if they call again I will ask for whatever Superior I can and if they try and claim I can't get one I'll tell them I will take my problem up with the police then.
