Just received a call from this number. Left no voice mail. I recently completed a survey online for my car repair. Wondering if that has anything to do with how they got my number.

Persistent caller. No message left. I am on the no call list updated 1 month ago. I updated my info on the no call list again today. Not sure how this caller is getting my phone number.
