Who called from 3133555249

I have nothing to do with Carmax but got a call from this number and didn't answer due to not recognizing it and got the blank message.......

I did answer the call but no one speaks up , I still saying Hello  hello
for about 30 second,    No voice back to me from the caller;   I did call back the same #  and the line was
busy .....

Seems like my experience do esnt differ mich from anyone else's. I don't own tjis car but got 2 calls this morning. They left an empty voicemail too.

didn't know who it was, didn't answer, Empty Voicemail like all the rest are saying. I keep my # pretty safeguarded so however these people got my number I must have thought it was alright to give it out!

It may not be CARMAX - in my case it was the state DMV here.  They sell lists of registration information.  The calls started when I renewed old licenses and switch the number the DMV has to my cell in hopes of keeping the junk calls down.
