Caller ID showed OHIO CALL. Didn't leave message. I think this number is "spoofed" I've received several phone calls w/n message left Caller ID may or may not show CUSTOMER RELAT.. a bogus phone number or my phone number! No message but background noise suggests the caller is outside or internet static; recording lasts for 8-13 seconds b4 disconnect.
Called March 4, 2014 at 1:36 pm. I have turned off my answering machine and I never answer the phone if I don't know who is calling. I live in the Portland, Oregon area.
I canceled this account. It took three tries because the customer service people kept hanging up on me. I have returned products and was FINALLY told that the account was canceled. This was two days ago and now we are getting calls from them. I have asked to be taken off their contact list and was assured that would happen as well. It looks like these people/ this company can not be trusted.
