Caller ID showed OHIO CALL. Didn't leave message. I think this number is "spoofed" I've received several phone calls w/n message left Caller ID may or may not show CUSTOMER RELAT.. a bogus phone number or my phone number! No message but background noise suggests the caller is outside or internet static; recording lasts for 8-13 seconds b4 disconnect.
Member Services - robocall babbling on about home security. I pressed 1 to talk with them, asked the live person that finally picked up, and asked him to take me off their list. He promptly hung up. He did answer with G.E. Security, but I doubt that General Electric has anything to do with this scummy outfit.
I'm sorry, but how does your living in the Pacific Northwest (or on the moon for that matter) have anything to do with these calls? Guess what? Citibank has numbers originating from all 50 states and other countries - and they're just one company! Just because the area code isn't across the street from you isn't an indicator as to the legitimacy of the call.
I wouldn't mind if it were just a call I didn't answer, but when my answering machine gets it I get a loud dial tone on steroids blasting through my speaker. Feels like harassment.
