Caller ID showed OHIO CALL. Didn't leave message. I think this number is "spoofed" I've received several phone calls w/n message left Caller ID may or may not show CUSTOMER RELAT.. a bogus phone number or my phone number! No message but background noise suggests the caller is outside or internet static; recording lasts for 8-13 seconds b4 disconnect.
No message. Caller ID says "MEMBER SERVICES." Have received this call many times. Just goes to show you how ineffective and lousy the National and State do not call registries are. This is a prime example of congressional and state legislatures wasting time on legislation that is either unenforceable, has no teeth or has too many loopholes to be effective. Everyone should criticize their congressman/congresswoman and demand that something be done to help stop these annoying and supposedly illegal phone calls. Insist that existing loopholes be removed as well (e.g. political, charities and surveyors).
Never speak to a scammer - you are telling them that YOUR phone number is a GOOD number and the can sell that to other scammers.
Never call these numbers back - your are again telling them your number is a good number.
Never call these numbers back - IF they are out of the country then you are probably being charged a huge connection fee and possibly being connected to a premium service at a per minute charge - these are again just scammers.
Received call @ ~10AM CDT 9 April 2014 from "MEMBER SERVICES" showing a calling number of 313-355-5255. Recording was left about free installation of security system, including a sign to be placed in the yard. Press 1 to discuss, Press 9 to be removed. Also on DNC list, which is not to be confused with the Democrat National Committee (hmm, but now I wonder)
