Definitely a bad player. This number called my cell. When called back I received a recording asking for date of birth, social security number and full name under the guise of the "opt out" program. I hadn't called the "do not call" number for over a year. Very slick recorded voice but I believe it's a more sophisticated version of Phishing.
called myCell left no message, when you call back it says 'consumer opt out' if you press one to have your name removed they ask for your social, How stupid do they think I am!!
Called my number and left a message saying that my credit card company authorized them to contact me to lower my interest rate. SCAM! I haven't had a credit card for well over 12 years! I opted out and am turning them into the Department of Finance.
