I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

Spam-bot call informing me of "last chance offer for debt consolidation / elimination" - I have no debt !
Reported to Verizon, installed call-blocking on all lines (valid only for 60 days). Verizon reverse look-up identified the source only as a "debt re-fi" operation in or near Wayne County, Michigan. If someone out there could organize a DNS attack on these putrids, it would be time and effort well spent.
