I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

I am in Louisiana. I have received the same phone call. I was already skeptical because the only option I was given was to press "1." I also know that I have good credit, AND I do not have an open credit card! I pressed "1" and after stumbling on his words a bit was asked the same question as above but from a man: Did you press "1" to see about your interest rate on your Visa or MasterCard? I said that I had actually pressed "1" to find out what this call was about because I do not have a credit card.

Definitely a scam, do not give any information out!
They called my cell, and a recording said they were credit card services. I just hung up, because my cc company doesn't have my employer's cell phone number, so I knew it was crap. Just gotta wonder (after reading some of the posts here) if I should'a stayed on the line, and told them I don't carry a balance. Maybe THAT would keep them from "fishing"?
got a call from this number around 6pm tonight, I answered and it was a recording saying that it was my "3rd and final notice on lowering the interest rate on a credit card" (it was never specified what card or company they were calling from so I immediately assumed it was a scam) in response to the stimulus. I had never received any previous calls and have no worries in regards to any of my credit cards.
Got a call from this number about an hour ago with the same message about lowering my credit card debt. I pressed "1" to get to a representative who asked me something about my credit cards as I tried to inform her that I am on the national do-not-call registry, she hung up on me. Total scam.
