I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

Its soliciting some bogus credit card 'interest rate' reduction offer. Sounds like a total scam. If you're on the no call list, go to the federal website and report it.
I live in Louisiana. I also am on the do not call list, yet I ALWAYS get telemarketers calling me. After reading these posts I'm glad I didn't answer my phone.
Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. I don't give my cell phone number to anyone but they knew my name! Said they were calling to lower my interest rates on my credit cards.....I don't have any credit cards! I asked where they got my info, said from the 3 Credit Report Companies. Told them I don't need their services and that info is private and he told me to "stop crying you stupid "f***ing b***h! So professional, I'm sure all legitimate business use that language! I told him I was reporting this and hung up on him!
This is an unsolicited call for a credit card touting the "financial stimulus" to give people a reason to take the call. They ask if you are calling to find out about a credit card with lower interest rates. When I said I was answering their phone call, they hung up.
