I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

Just got this call for the first time. Recorded message said it was the "second and final notice" to lower my credit card rate. Press one... I didn't. I called back and got a hoakey "all lines are busy" recording.
