I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

I believe this is a bogus business. When you answer and the person speaking doesn't give their name, business name, and reason for calling should raise a warning flag. Just hit IGNORE on your phone (if you have the option) or simply cancel the call before they have a chance to leave a voicemail. There is a site DONOTCALL.com that I find extremely useful in situations like this.
This company violates the law several different ways, first it's a recorded message, second they violate the DNC registry, third, they fail to give an option to be removed from the list.
If all of you would just file a complaint instead of wasting time on these forums, these companies would actually be affected and be fined for their business practices.
