Accidentally answered call, said he was with Publishers Clearing House and I had won a prize. Told him no way and good-bye. Had this number on caller id and DetroitZN6. Foreign accent. So sick of all these types of calls. Getting a call blocker TODAY!
I got a call from this number today 4/28/15. I am on the "do not call" list, but it doesn't seem to deter all these scam calls. I get many scam calls from all over the USA and Canada. The first clue for me is that I know no one living in those area codes. Once I view the number on my Caller ID and determine it is not a number or area where I know someone, I hit the end call button on my phone. Unfortunately, these scam calls are a sign of our times and living in the age of the internet.
