Those fat cat telemarketers. When they're too lazy to get out of bed, they have their servant take the bus over to the call center to sub for them. They won't even have the chauffeur drive them in the Bentley. They are most interesting in getting money during income tax refund time, when folks feel rich.
About the umpteenth time they've called in a few days. Call ID changes, this time it said "OUT OF AREA." No, really? Probably spoofed the number from India or China. Hangs up right after the machine answers, no message, etc.
