This is a SCAM. The IVR (automated system) is a audio copy of Chase Bank. You never make it into a queue and you get the same person over and over when you call back.
Received call from this number and called it back. The unprofessional person gave me a number as his last name and could not answer any of my specific questions as to why a call at my number. Cleary a bad answering machine and a retard that responded. Not who they say they are and another scam.

Also received a call from this number. I do have an account at Chase and it is currently overdrawn. But I am not calling this number back. I plan on making a deposit today anyway. Thanks for the warning.
I receive at least 1 call a day from this number and I never answer. Of course they don't ever leave a voicemail either. I finally answered to see who it was and what they wanted, so I said "Hello?" and it was just quiet air. Then a guy started just repeatedly shouting "HELLO!" into the phone and was clearly provoking me so I hung up.
Exact same thing Happened to me. I received a missed call, left no voicemail. I called back and he asked me to provide the SSN. I did not provide my SSN. He claimed my Chase account is negative. LOL.
