Who called from 3156961315

Received the same call with the same sales pitch and same callback number a few minutes ago.  Caller's accent sounded non-U.S. (perhaps Jamaican).

Um ...
Because you are NOT giving the govt sufficient information.
Did you give them the scammer's real, physical address?

For instance, did you know that this phone number is probably a "virtual" phone number, using VOIP?

I've had this call 2x the past 2 days.  No message.  I usually don't call back an unrecognized number that doesn't leave a message, but for some reason today I did.  His English, or whatever language, had such a strong accent I couldn't I understand him.  I asked him to repeat about 6 x and he finally hung up! Darn, I probably missed my chance at that gov't grant I hadn't applied for!!!

I just received the same call. When I asked who they were trying to reach, they hung up. I called back and she said I'd been awarded a $9200 grant that I wouldn't have to pay back. When I asked how they received my info because I didn't apply for a grant, she hung up again
