At 6:54PM on 9/15/2011 I too got a call from 317-215-5321 with the poor quality female voice telling me my CHASE Credit card had been stolen. This is a landline based in Indianapolis, IN. I called the Osceola County, Florida Sheriff's Department and reported it.
Just got a call from this number.. 1130pm. I called it back for giggles and it just rang. No voicemail no answer. Hopefully I get them to call back so I can screw with them.
Just received a phone call from this number. Auto recording asked for the last four digits of my SSN for the protection of my Wells Fargo debit card. I don't have one. So I gave a fake 4 digits but it kept asking for one. I am not sure if they have a database of SSNs they can check against.
