At 6:54PM on 9/15/2011 I too got a call from 317-215-5321 with the poor quality female voice telling me my CHASE Credit card had been stolen. This is a landline based in Indianapolis, IN. I called the Osceola County, Florida Sheriff's Department and reported it.
Call from this number recording said "We regret to inform you that your VISA card has been suspended...please hit 1 to connect so that we may get information to get you a new card..." It cut off after I didn't hit 1. I called VISA using # from back of my card and it wasn't them...SCAM
They are still going. My husband received a call from this number on his cell phone, he pressed "1" as instructed but nothing happened. We then contacted the credit card company and found that it was not them calling. You are all correct...scam artists!
