At 6:54PM on 9/15/2011 I too got a call from 317-215-5321 with the poor quality female voice telling me my CHASE Credit card had been stolen. This is a landline based in Indianapolis, IN. I called the Osceola County, Florida Sheriff's Department and reported it.
Got this call yesterday at 11pm. I'm on the west coast and on the do not call list. Got a voicemail basically stating the same thing as everyone else here. Call an 800 number to contact the 24 hour security department for your card. I'll call the 800 number and see where that goes, but I'm going to report this to the do not call list anyway.
Got a call from this number yesterday. Thanks for your posts. I have a policy to not answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize. If someone wants to talk to me, they must leave a message. At least now I know that I am on the right track.
