I recieved a call from this company and my wife answered the phone since she was on the account as well and spoke to a gentleman there who never would tell her who he was at all. After possibly 3 to 5 minutes he actually said this to her as she put it on speaker phone so I could hear it, you supid [***] [***] pay your damn bill and hung up on her.
Now hearing this as a husband who tries to pay his bills all the time obviously wasn't happy at all. So I called them back and spoke to another person a woman this time and explained to her what just occurred to us and she said that is a lie sir we don't do anything like that. Well we had a tape of the conversation on my cell phone and I replayed it for her with the name of the company and once she listened to it there was a silence on the other end of the phone which ended finally when she said well I don't have time to waste on this and hung up.
Really professional aren't they. I've already informed the person I had purchased the rainbow vaccum from and they told their boss so hopefully this can be fixed terrible customer service.
person calls, automated voice comes on saying that some foreign sounding name wants to speak with the resident. I hung up, but ever since I picked up the first time, they call religiously every day at LEAST 3 times a day. This is all on my cell phone by the way.
I work for pci and what happens is the customers gives us current numbers where we can get a hold of them p! Its likely that when we tried calling months later they changed the number! And if u would pay ur bills we wouldn't call imaagine if u lent someone 5 thousand dollars and they weren't paying u
Call from unknown number. No time to answer. No message left. I would expect any legitimate business to leave a message. If this is really a loan company, they should take the time to train their staff in proper communications etiquette. Professionalism seems to be dead with these minority-run, non-citizenship-oriented, fly-by-night business. If you pay minumum wage, you get minimum service.
