Consistently get a blind - dial "Unknown Name" with 321-304-9999 as the id.
Pressing any button seems to put me in a queue to talk to someone, but never seems to go thru.
I'm on the do not call list, which would be enforced by the government, excepting that the entire bureau has been gutted by the last administration. Not to worry though... when I find the location...
Call today - automated message saying I was soon eligible for lower credit card interest rate of 6.99% and to press "1". Phone was answered by female (clearly at a call center from background noise), who asked who she was speaking with. I replied that they had called me. She had my last name. I asked her what company she was with - reply "we represent MasterCard, VISA, and Discover - how muhc credit card debt do you presently have?" I told her I had credit cards with all three at which point she hung us. BTW - 321-304-999 is a Florida number - not Belgium.
Called today at 10:40am caller Id showed up V09161140540126 as the name and 321-304-9999 didn't answer, didn't leave a message. Don't have a credit card so no clue why they are calling. Also have my number on the do not call list
