Consistently get a blind - dial "Unknown Name" with 321-304-9999 as the id.
Pressing any button seems to put me in a queue to talk to someone, but never seems to go thru.
I'm on the do not call list, which would be enforced by the government, excepting that the entire bureau has been gutted by the last administration. Not to worry though... when I find the location...
Although I am on the "Do Not Call" list, this company calls at least twice a day. I have repeatedly pressed #3 which they say will stop calls, it does not.
This time, I held on for a representative and when I asked the name of the company, they slammed down the phone.
I think it is time we found out who they are and put a stop to their annoying calls.
For anyone who is having this problem, I just called the FCC to report this group. They advised me they are aware of the problem and that these people are criminals who are simply trying to get people's personal information. The man I spoke to said the company goes under several names including Credit Card Services and Rachel's Credit Solutions. None of the names exist, even their phone number is not real, they have created it through something called "snooping" so we cannot find out what number they actually call from.
He also suggested we contact the FTC and go to their Consumer Protection page where we can fill out an online complaint.
I have had the same problem with this company. This time I waited for a representative --- when I asked the name of the company, she slammed down the phone. I tried calling the number back and was given a TSL02 "Cannot be completed as dialed" message.
Next I reported it to NYS and then to the FCC. The man I spoke to at the FCC said they are aware of this problem --- the callers are not actual telemarketers, but criminals who are trying to get people to give them personal information probably for purposes of identity theft. The company goes under several names such as "Credit Card Services, "Credit Card Reports," and "Rachel's Credit Service."
The reason I was unable to dial them back is that they have hidden the number (even the location - State or Country) they are dialing from by doing something called "snoooping."
He also suggested I contact the FTC online and go to their Consumer Protection Page and file a complaint with them. Hope this helps.

"Rachel from Cardholder's Services" Recorded message leading you to believe there's been fraudulent activity on your credit card account, then trying to sell you credit card protection. Not connected to any bank or credit card. These people were very active earlier this year and have now revived efforts with a new set of phone numbers. They call daily, and there's no end to it. Interesting that recent calls have been from the same, last, four numbers in the telephone number -- 9999. Caller ID identifies this one as "Florida". There's another -- 352-561-9999 - that caller ID shows as "Out of Area".
